My PlayLab Personal Retreat is a deeply creative, playful, bespoke and luxurious 1-1 experience where you indulge in creative self expression, expand consciousness, open your heart and liberate your soul. Create your magnum opus or design your dream live show. Spend time with me as I guide what wants to creatively come through you. Or perhaps you just want to play music for the FUN of it.
What’s holding you back from sharing the fullest expression of yourself? Let your soul play over two glorious days in Los Angeles with me in this intimate personalized retreat.
Come play with me! Get prepped for your upcoming show, create social posts or let’s create songs for your next album. I’ll help you get your show set up, practice with you, coach you on technical, musical and visual aspects. Or I'll record you and create music with you for your album (you get to keep what we create!).
Each day is catered exactly to your wants, dreams and desires. We'll start out in ceremony, dropping into what you are calling in. I'll hold space for your highest dreams and potential and invite you to dream a bit more. We'll do some grounding and play exercises to get in the vibe to work with technology (trampoline! badminton! feet on the earth!) We'll eat yummy food and drink that I provide!
Then we get into the music/tech and I help you make all of your visions come to life! Let's get your gear set up and explore live looping, adding effects, working with backing tracks, using samples, controllers, etc. If you don't have ideas, I got you! I have an abundance of them! :)
If we're practicing for your show or for social posts I'll give you feedback as you rehearse for me. I'll help you navigate the tech in real time and help you when you get stuck. I'll give you options on how to make your performance or posts more dynamic and engaging.
If we are creating your next body of work we will listen to reference tracks, I will record you, I'll record myself on violin and other instruments, we'll make beats, play with synthesizers, get weird! All of the above and more!
At the end of the immersion we will record a high quality audio and video version of your performance for social media. If creating the music, we will create a video about the process of creation and add a call-to-action so your audience can listen to the track.

Who is this for?It’s for anyone who needs support in creating their own epic original music and/or live performance. For anyone who wants to become a badass in Ableton Live or wants my help to create for and with them. Any experience level welcome!

What if I don’t already have music?You have music. You have a voice. You have ideas. You are literally built for expression. 90% of the artists who say this to me actually DO have a song or album they are too afraid to claim. The other 10% has the raw material to craft something through play - trust me. You’ve got this. Sometimes folks who are less fixed on the content they want to perform are even riper to do this work - there’s more space for the live performance in you to form itself. You might decide to improvise. Maybe you’ll do a cover. Maybe the next song you’re meant to write will stream through you on day 1. Or the last song you were working on is more finished than you realized. Wherever you are with your music, your expression is waiting, and I’ll guide you there.
