Two days of celebration, creative collaboration, and music magic
Four different music spaces to play and collaborate with aligned sisters

Step further into your artist era
The PlayLab Retreat is an in-person immersion for female artists, musicians, healers, and creative leaders who are ready to stop circling their musical calling and step into it with clarity, community, and momentum.
This is where your musical destiny stops being an idea…and starts becoming your life.
Two full days of creative collaboration and music magic
March 7–8 · Los Angeles
Through guided creative play, sound rituals, and real-time music-making. You’ll be led through prompts that open your body, voice, and nervous system first, then translate that openness directly into sound, rhythm, and performance. We move between solo exploration, partnered play, and group creation—so you’re never stuck in your head or performing alone.

What will we be doing?
so happy you asked
Creating music —live, imperfect, and alive
Exploring your voice, instrument, or body as a sound source
Using simple tech, looping, or rhythm tools (no prior mastery required)
Participating in embodied practices like breath, movement, and grounding
Performing in low-pressure, supportive ways that build confidence
Sharing, witnessing, and being witnessed without critique
What will the retreat look like?
Picture this...
An intimate, beautifully held space filled with instruments, sound tools, and creative stations. People on the floor, moving, laughing, looping, experimenting. Soft structure with clear guidance. Moments of deep focus, followed by release. A blend of studio energy, ritual space, and rehearsal room—without the pressure of “getting it right.”
You'll feel...
Grounded. Open. Brave.
More connected to yourself and your expression.
Less stuck in perfectionism or self-judgment.
Energized, clear, and creatively alive.
Like you’ve remembered something essential about who you are and how you create.
A peek inside our time together...

Joy Money Matrix
You’ll map your sustainable music and creative path forward — aligning your gifts, income, lifestyle, and values into a structure that actually supports you.
Which means that you stop guessing, overgiving, or burning yourself out trying to make everything work at once. You gain clarity about what’s essential, what’s draining you, and what is actually meant to carry you forward in this season.
So you have, by the end of it:
-
A clear creative and income direction you trust
-
Language for what you do and how you offer it
-
Boundaries that protect your energy and nervous system
-
A realistic structure that fits your real life—not an aspirational fantasy
-
Confidence in your next steps instead of pressure to do everything now
You leave knowing how to move forward in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and true to who you are—without abandoning your artistry or your wellbeing.
Rituals and Reflection
Daily grounding rituals, embodied integration, and deep reflection time that will anchor your creative intentions into your nervous system.
On Site Content Creation
Curated environments designed for simple content creation—so your artistry is captured with clarity, presence, and truth. We’ll have Nico Nelson on site with her camera, capturing moments of you creating as well as within the group.
For those who desire a more refined visual archive, a limited number of private, 1:1 professional content sessions are available on March 9–10, offering bespoke direction and elevated capture tailored to your artistic identity.

the POWER of being witnessed
This container is built on real connection — being seen, supported, and celebrated by women who get it.
Lunch is included each day—beautiful, nourishing bowls and elixirs designed to support your energy, creativity, and nervous system. We’ll eat together, picnic-style outdoors, creating space to soften, connect, and integrate what’s been moving through you.
This shared pause is intentional. It’s where insights land, conversations deepen, and your body actually receives the work. You’ll feel grounded, cared for, and replenished—so you return to the afternoon sessions clear, open, and creatively resourced rather than depleted.
Travel & lodging not included but we would love for you to room with some sisters!

If you were part of The Quantum Leap Retreat, you know the frequency of this space.
That retreat was described by participants as:
Life-changing
Deeply activating
Emotionally healing
Creatively liberating
And profoundly clarifying
Women left with renewed confidence, creative clarity, emotional breakthroughs, and a felt sense of belonging and power.
The PlayLab Retreat continues that lineage — blending music, embodiment, creative activation, visioning, and sisterhood into a space where real transformation happens.
TESTIMONIAL
"This retreat cracked something open in me."
-Lauren Magnum
As a classically trained vocalist and international vocal coach, my relationship with music has always been rooted in structure and discipline. I've spent my life singing what was given to me, yet struggled deeply when it came to creating my own sound. I often felt anxious, disconnected, and restrained, especially around self-expression. My throat chakra felt closed, and the idea of stepping into my own artistic voice felt overwhelming.
This retreat cracked something open in me. Through this powerful experience, I found a renewed connection between my voice, my body, and my spirit. I began to access parts of myself - vocally, creatively, and emotionally. That had long been dormant. I found the courage to stand in my own artistry, not just as a singer of others' songs, but as the creator of my own.
What I discovered was not just vocal freedom, it was personal freedom. That shift has rippled into every area of my life, including my business and sense of self.
