PART 1: FREQUENCY

We meet live on Zoom and it includes 30+ hours of pre-recorded video content…whether you are a beginner at Ableton Live or have been working with it for some time, you will find the right path for you.

Month 1: Devotion to Your Unique Artist Identity

This is where your Artist Era begins.

Whether you’re just stepping into your artistry—or already releasing music and craving a deeper workflow—this month is about remembering who you are as a creator.

You’ll craft your unique Artist Archetype: sensual, spiritual, erotic, galactic, or something entirely your own.

We’ll explore sonic archetypes, energetic presence, and the story your music is here to tell—visually, emotionally, and vibrationally.

You’ll define:

Your brand story & signature aesthetic
The energetic frequency of your sound
The mindset shift from “aspiring” to EMBODIED ARTIST

We’ll also work with the book, "The Artist’s Way" to awaken the creative voice beneath the noise, deepen your trust in your intuition, and create a soul-rooted connection to your art.

Month 2: Embodied Music Production

Now, we move from concept to creation.

You’ll begin crafting your sound—whether that means opening Ableton Live for the first time, or finally diving into those unfinished projects that keep calling you.

You’ll have access to a treasure trove of step-by-step video trainings to meet you where you are:

Start fresh from a voice memo or melody in your head
Refine and expand existing sessions or demos
Learn how to turn inspiration into tracks that feel alive

You’ll also craft your personal sonic palette—curating sounds, samples, textures, and tones that reflect your essence.

Whether you’re building your first beat or layering complex arrangements, this month is about creative momentum and embodied experimentation—without perfectionism.

Month 3: Finishing & Releasing Your Songs

This is the month of completion.

It’s time to shift from “I’m working on music…” to “My songs are done—and they’re coming out.”

Together, we’ll:

Refine and finish your tracks with clarity and ease
Set an aligned release date (non-negotiable…in the best way)
Create your unique release ritual—energetic and practical
Begin shaping your rollout vision: visuals, story, and audience connection

This is about honoring what wants to be shared.

PART 2: FLOW

Month 4: Envisioning Your Show

This is where your performance vision takes shape.

Whether you dream of playing intimate ceremonies, dance floors, or festival stages—this is the month you architect the experience.

You’ll explore:

Your ideal performance format (DJ, live-looping, acoustic/electronic hybrid, etc.)
The energetic arc of your set: from opening portal to ecstatic climax to integration
Your relationship to the stage—body, breath, tech, and transmission

You’ll begin gathering the pieces:
songs, gear, imagery, outfits, intention.

This month is about seeing the vision clearly—so you can become it.

Month 5: DJ & Live Performance Mastery

Now, we build it.

Whether you’re spinning your first DJ set or leveling up your live performance setup, you’ll be guided through creating a sacred, embodied set that reflects your sound and soul.

Inside this module:

Design your DJ or live hybrid set from the ground up
Integrate vocals, loops, remixes, and live instrumentation
Refine your stage presence—how you move, dress, connect, and hold the room
Develop flow: your transitions, tech setup, and energetic pacing

This is where tech and mysticism merge—you become the vessel.

Month 6: Performing Your Show

It’s time to share the transmission.

This final month is about embodiment, refinement, and visibility.

You’ll:

Practice and polish your full set with support and feedback
Collaborate with members of the F&F collective for creative rehearsals
Embody your stage presence through somatic tools and performance coaching
Create magnetic content and promo assets for booking, release, and beyond

This isn’t just a performance—it’s a declaration of who you’ve become.
